Our Guarantee: We believe in our products and your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a limited money back satisfaction guarantee for our Body Wrap Formulas. If you are not satisfied with the body wrap product, you may return it for a full refund minus any shipping and handling fees. All requests for refunds must be received within 30 days.
We offer a 30 days from the date on your receipt/invoice money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your body wrap product, you may return it to us for a refund less any shipping and handling fees and less a 15% reprocessing fee. You may contact us by email or telephone to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) followed by filling out a RAF (Return Authorization Form). All returns must have an RA# and accompany a fully completed RAF form and receipt/invoice. All returns must be within our 30 day window policy to be eligible for a refund, No Exceptions. Note: All customers returning product to us for a refund must follow our guidelines. Any and all returns are subject to our sole inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny any returns which do not meet our policy guidelines. Refused packages will be charged a 25% restocking fee and shipping both ways. All merchandise ordered, must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. Eligible refunds may take up to 14 business days to be issued. Refunds will be in the form of credit to your credit card or Pay Pal account or by check.
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND BACK YOUR RETURNS TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE RAF (RETURN AUTHORIZATOIN FORM). IF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS SENT TO US WITHOUT A RA#, RECEIPT AND RAF, YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. FURTHER, IF YOU RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO THE WRONG “RETURN ADDRESS” GIVEN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 HANDLING/FORWARDING ADDRESS SHIPPING FEE, IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
